Tropical Disturbance 91W (LPA) moving Westward across the eastern part of the Philippine Sea...marginal vertical wind shear (aka. upper level winds) affecting its circulation...now located near lat 9.2N lon 134.9E...or about 1,035 km East of Surigao City or 215 km NNE of Palau Island...with 1-min maximum sustained winds of 30 kph...remains embedded within the eastern portion of the broad Monsoon Trough (ITCZ).
