SYPNOSIS:

At 4:00 p.m. today, the center of Tropical Storm "ISANG" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 210 kms East Northeast of Casiguran, Aurora (16.6°N, 124.4°E) with maximum sustained winds of 75 kph and gustiness of up to 90 kph. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 17 kph.

FORECAST:

Luzon and Western Visayas will experience occasional rains and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough becoming stormy over Northeastern Luzon with rough to high seas. The rest of the country will have mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Southwest will prevail over the rest of the country and the coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
