SYPNOSIS:

At 2:00 a.m. today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 370 kms. East of Northern Luzon (18.0°N, 126.0°E).

FORECAST:

The whole country will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.

Light to moderate winds blowing from the Northeast to Northwest will prevail over Northern Luzon and coming from the Southwest over the rest of the country. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate except during thunderstorms.
