SYPNOSIS:

At 4:00 a.m., today, the center of Tropical Storm "ISANG" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 260 kms West Northwest of Basco, Batanes (21.3°N; 119.4°E) with maximum sustained winds of 95 kph and gustiness of up to 120 kph. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 19 kph.

FORECAST:

The western sections of Northern and Central Luzon will experience occasional rains. The rest of the country will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the southwest will prevail over Luzon and Visayas with moderate to rough seas. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the south to southwest with slight to moderate seas except during thunderstorms.
