SYPNOSIS:

At 2:00 PM today, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 530 kms East of Southern Luzon (14.3°N 129.7°E).

FORECAST:

Visayas and Mindanao will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to at times cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.

Light to moderate winds blowing from the Southwest will prevail over Northern and Central Luzon and coming from the Southwest and West over the rest of the country. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
