Northeast monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas. Wind convergence affecting Mindanao.

FORECAST:

The whole country will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms becoming widespread rains over the Eastern sections which may trigger flashfloods and landslides.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Light to moderate coming from the East and Northeast with prevail over Mindanao with slight to moderate seas except during thunderstorms.
