Tropical Storm 25W (UNNAMED) slows down and weakens as it drifts South.

+ Forecast Outlook: 25W expected to resume moving NE for the next 36 hours and will become Extratropical tomorrow morning.

+ Effects: 25W's circulation not affecting any land areas. 6-hr total rainfall amounts of 2 up to 80 mm (light to moderate rain) can be expected along the rain bands...with isolated amounts of 180 mm (heavy to very heavy rain) near the center of 25W.
