Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas. Wind convergence affecting Mindanao.

FORECAST:

The whole country will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and isolated thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Light to moderate winds blowing from the northeast and east will prevail over Mindanao with slight to moderate seas except during thunderstorms.
