SYPNOSIS:

At 2:00 a.m., Tropical Storm "KIKO" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 1,180 kms East of Basco, Batanes (21.4°N, 134.8°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 kph near the center. It is forecast to move north northeast at 11 kph.

FORECAST:

Luzon and Western Visayas will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Southwest will prevail throughout the archipelago and the coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
